第一次來瑞麗旅遊，接待處有位年輕的女孩子和共老闆辦理入住，老闆還給我們升級了房間，出外玩還給意見到那裏比效好。大堂有即磨咖啡，花茶、糖果，還送了入住禮品，香蕉和乳酪。
連續住了藝龍瑞雲酒店二天，非常合適我們的裝飾，電視機很大，床上用品和毛巾都是潔淨如新，牙刷牙膏齊全，水量充足，又有冷氣，感覺非常舒服！推薦入住！
外面也有吃東西的店，我們找到自已合味的食物，真心好吃，出酒店門口右邊直行。

酒店 周邊交通便捷 來瑞麗出差很方便 裝修風格有點像某季 但是性價比簡直太讚了。房間的設施設備也是品牌的 ，床品 洗漱用品都很不錯， 房間馬桶墊也是很貼心，前台服務也很到位，打印文件也是在前台就給安排了[強]。入住送的水果酸奶也是很可口。

服務很貼心在入住的時候就有酸奶和應季水果很新鮮，酸奶也是冰冰涼涼讓這個熱季充滿絲絲涼意，進入房間，給人感覺很舒服，簡單明瞭不是設計感和細節感，設備用的也是品牌的，床墊特舒服，周邊環境都很好 出門就有吃的方便。酒店整體感覺不錯服務也好，可以免費洗衣房還有咖啡喝（設備看着很高級不是一般的那種感覺），性價比極高。房間的驅蚊液和茶包洗手液馬桶墊等都是細節，品質那叫用心了。

初看，房間配置與設計，性價比高，直追全季酒店的直視感，屬於“帶星”的新人店。不得不説，空調很製冷，充分感受到什麼叫四季如春的雲南，獨享一片小天地。床墊軟硬適中，貼合睡眠感。附近出行方便，值得推薦。
非常棒，小姐姐還送了水果酸奶給我們，房間裏面還帶了四瓶水和茶葉。非常滿意。
